For those with caravans or motorhomes we offer the choice of right by the clubhouse; or on our Caravan Club CL (members only).
Campers are also welcome near to the clubhouse and can make use of the on-site facilities.
Our highly recommended location for any number of pilots is Glan Clwyd Isa | Bed & Breakfast | Self Catering | North Wales.
Glan Clwyd Isa has four cottages, just a 6-minute drive from our airfield. The cottages are all fully equipped and sleep between 2 and 11 people, making them perfect for large groups of glider pilots, or families. They also have an outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs, and fishing on their own lake and stretch of the River Clwyd.

Bach-y-Graig also offers a self-catering cottage.
Two fine self catering cottages are available at Ty Cam (The Crooked House).
Overlooking the airfield from the ridge is Ty Newydd Y Llwyn, offering both family accommodation for four and short stay B&B. If you need to be within crawling distance of the pub, try Station Cottage (direct bookings on 01745 710372).
Slightly further afield are Tyddyn Isaf and Bwthyn Bryn Llwyn, both offering self catering accommodation conveniently located between Denbigh and Ruthin. Tyddyn Isaf also has a residential caravan for rent. Newly opened is Boffins Barn a few miles away in Nannerch.
The Pentre Mawr Country House permits dogs in your room and is very handy for the Kinmel Arms and the White Horse nearby. The proprietor even offers to run you down to the airfield if required!
If you want to treat your other half, Castle House B&B offers something a little bit special within easy reach of the airfield.
Ian and son, Tom, at Llety’r Eos Ucha near Bodfari are both keen glider spotters and promise a warm welcome to glider pilots within walking distance of the excellent Downing Arms.
