I hereby apply for membership of Denbigh Gliding and agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of the club. I exonerate the said club and its member, servants and agents from all liability which may arise in respect of any loss or damage to my property or in respect of any injury, fatal or otherwise, which I may suffer while i am a member of the club.
I undertake to make no claim against the club or its members or servants or agents notwithstanding that such loss or damage or injury was caused or occasioned directly or indirectly by the act of neglect or default of the club or its members or servants or agents.
I hereby declare that I do not suffer from epilepsy or from sudden attacks of fainting or from any other disability, mental or physical which could result in an unsafe flight. 
I understand that gliding is considered a dangerous sport and that I fly at my own risk.

Pilots flying their own gliders-

I declare that I have the right license and current medical to fly the glider. The glider is insured and has a valid Certificate of Airworthiness.

Drive Age 10 operations

Sharing the airfield, is a young driving school that provide driving experiences for children from the age of 10. The training vehicles operate around the perry track and occasionally on the runway.

I agree to be patient and not pass the training vehicle unless indicated to do so. I will not tailgate or treat the car inconsiderately.
